regular sales visit. After the presentation, the physician will be
interviewed by a neutral moderator regarding:

  • Potential for persuasion and interest
  • How conclusive are the arguments?
  • How to handle the physician’s objections?
  • Which questions do the sales team have to be prepared for?
  • What information is missing?

During the presentation and the feedback interview the rest of the sales team can watch via one-way mirror. So, the other sales team members learn from each presentation and feedback interview as they can observe their colleague and the moderator live. With each training session, the observer has the chance to adjust their own communication approach before the next training session.
